Victory in Patriot Act Case!In a major free-speech victory yesterday, a federal appeals court sided with the ACLU and struck down parts of the Patriot Act that allow the FBI to prevent national security letter (NSL) recipients from speaking out about secret record demands that strictly curtail judicial review of government-imposed gags. The FBI uses NSLs to compel Internet service providers, libraries, banks, and credit reporting companies to turn over sensitive information about their customers and patrons. Through NSLs, the FBI can compile vast dossiers on innocent people and obtain personal information such as web sites a person visits, e-mail addresses to which a person has written, or even the identity of a person who has posted anonymous speech on a political website. The NSL statute allows the FBI to forbid or "gag" anyone who receives an NSL from telling anyone about the record demand. Because NSLs can be issued without prior court approval and without probable cause, the FBI issues tens of thousands of NSLs every year. The Justice Department's Inspector General has reported that between 2003 and 2006, the FBI issued nearly 200,000 NSLs. The Inspector General has also found serious FBI abuses of the NSL power. The gags that accompany NSL record demands have helped to keep the public in the dark about these abuses. Although the NSL statute allowed recipients to challenge the gag orders, the scheme had some serious constitutional flaws. For example, the statute required the person gagged to go to court and show they should be allowed to speak. (The normal rule is that the government has to go to court and prove it has a compelling reason to silence you.) The statute also required the courts to defer almost entirely to the government's claim that gags were necessary. In other words, the statute basically tied the courts' hands and required judges to rubber stamp the gag orders. Yesterday, the appeals court found that this scheme violated the First Amendment. The appeals court held that it is the government that must go to court and justify silencing NSL recipients. The appeals court also invalidated parts of the statute that narrowly limited judicial review of the gag orders. The court emphasized the importance of independent judicial review of executive branch gag orders, stating: "The fiat of a governmental official, though senior in rank and doubtless honorable in the execution of official duties, cannot displace the judicial obligation to enforce constitutional requirements. 'Under no circumstances should the Judiciary become the handmaiden of the Executive.'" The appeals court also ruled that the government must now justify the gag on the John Doe NSL recipient in the case, a gag that has been in place for more than four years. The ACLU originally filed this case in April 2004 on behalf of an Internet Service Provider (ISP) that received an NSL. Because the FBI imposed a gag order on the ISP, the lawsuit was filed under seal, and even today the ACLU is prohibited from disclosing its client's identity. The FBI continues to maintain the gag order even though the underlying investigation is more than four years old and may well have ended, and even though the FBI abandoned its demand for records from the ISP over a year and a half ago. After Judge Victor Marrero of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York struck down the NSL statute in September 2004, Congress amended the NSL law. Soon thereafter, the ACLU brought a new challenge to the amended statute, and in September 2007 Judge Marrero again found the statute unconstitutional. The appeals court ruling yesterday upheld part of Judge Marrero's September 2007 ruling. In response to the decision yesterday, ACLU attorney Melissa Goodman stated: We are gratified that the appeals court found that the FBI cannot silence people with complete disregard for the First Amendment simply by saying the words 'national security. This is a major victory for the rule of law. The court recognized the need for judicial oversight of the government's dangerous gag power and rejected the Bush administration's position that the courts should just rubber-stamp these gag orders. By upholding the critical check of judicial review, the FBI can no longer use this incredible power to hide abuse of its intrusive Patriot Act surveillance powers and silence critics." It appears that the government has used the Patriot Act and other provisions of the "war on terror" to conduct extensive "extrajudicial targeting" of U.S. citizens -- perhaps for reasons of politics as opposed to national security -- resulting in the denial of due process and unremitting harassment that some victims describe as "torture."
Persons subjected to these abuses often describe themselves as victims of so-called organized community or gang stalking. I have tried to post two articles that describe this mainstream journalist's experiences as victim of such extrajudicial targeting and severe harassment that could be described as a form of torture. My posts keep getting taken down. I don't know if ACLU is doing this, or if its site is being hacked by a third party entity.
I once again will attempt to post links to my articles, and renew my plea to the ACLU to provide legal assistance to me and to the untold thousands of other Americans who have been subject to extrajudicial targeting and organized community/gang stalking at the apparent direction of government agencies.

This is great news. I think breaking the silence that has come over society is part of the battle that needs to be won. Are there any court cases about breaking none disclosure agreements?
Gag orders that might be issued to persons on a local level? Eg. When the government asks someones friends or family to spy on them and they do not wish to comply, are there any cases out there that are looking into restoring their rights under those conditions?
Many targets of Gang STalking have individuals in their lives with these types of gag orders, and I am wondering what the outlook is for this?

The FBI has been the most abusive organization from the start. The only thing keeping them from doing more harm is their ineptness. This organization should be dismantled until a way con be figured out that insures decent, moral, and justice oriented people run it. As for the patriot act - the whole thing is unpatriotic, un-American and criminal

• Extrajudicial targeting/punishment violates the U.S. constitution, and has enabled crimes against humanity. Government intelligence, security, law enforcement and revenue officials are said to be complicit.
The reality of domestic torture delivered by ideologically-driven, cold-hearted agents of government and their vigilante citizen operatives is finally gaining public exposure by way of first-hand accounts -- including that of this correspondent, a mainstream journalist who who has been "community stalked" and tortured by means of silent, potentially deadly radiation weaponry for nearly five years.
In a matter of weeks, this correspondent believes, operatives who have been involved in the purposeful "dosing" of American citizens with various forms of pulsed radiation emitted from so-called "directed energy weapons" and devices will begin to come forward, confirming reports of what's been euphemistically labeled as "electronic harassment" by victims of so-called "community stalking" or "gang stalking."
The "gang stalking" moniker trivializes what is an extensive, multi-level government campaign of extrajudicial targeting and punishment that victims say extends into Canada, the United Kingdom and other industrialized nations.
The "targets" are not limited to "terrorists" or drug traffickers. They include individuals who have been labeled by persons in positions of authority as "dissidents," "radicals," "whistle-blowers" or undesirables, perhaps due to their lifestyles, their ethnic heritage, or their religious or political beliefs. Many find themselves slandered and unjustly accused of wrongdoing (but, notably, not charged with any violation of the law). Journalists are among targeted classes; but many don't realize they are subject to pervasive surveillance, physical harassment and career sabotage until they are already ruined, professionally and personally.
These targeted persons -- and their families -- are subject to relentless harassment, including surreptitious entry into their homes and vandalism of their property, with surveillance data about their whereabouts and personal daily routines funneled to "community stalkers" who are recruited under the cover of government-funded community policing, town watch, and business-related anti-terrorism programs. The operations of these civilian vigilantes are supervised by agents of government, ranging from local police personnel to federal intelligence and security agents under whose direction these programs have been institutionalized.
Under the guise of performing "surveillance," the "targets" are subject to electromagnetic radiation of various forms -- ranging from microwave energy, sound waves, even X-rays and gamma rays. The government publicly claims that these "directed energy weapons," or "D.E.W.", are still in the experimental stage, or that working equipment is large and bulky, such as the Army's recent demonstration of a microwave weapon tagged with an innocuous-sounding sobriquet, the "Active Denial System." The government describes these radiation weapons as "non-lethal" -- when in fact, depending on the dosage of radiated energy delivered, they can stun, maim, burn, cause strokes or aneurysms, induce illness such as cancer, or kill.
These D.E.W. are being widely deployed, as noted in an article in the April 2008 FBI Law Enforcement Bulletin. The article discusses the potential adverse health effects of D.E.W. fire. The article also states that law enforcement personnel themselves may fall victim to these effects, should criminals or terrorists obtain D.E.W.
What the article does not state is that victims of "community stalking" have complained for several years that they are being tortured by painful D.E.W. radiation attacks, and that their health has been degraded by the cumulative effects of exposure to silent and potentially lethal beams of radiated energy.
These weapons share a characteristic that explains why few people outside of law enforcement are aware of their widespread deployment and usage: The radiation energy the weapons emit is silent and invisible, making possible "the perfect crime" -- the covert application of potentially lethal force.
Victims of D.E.W. attack have tried to appeal to law enforcement for justice, but to no avail. Indeed, that's part of the "M.O." -- when victims complain, they are routinely written off as delusional or mentally ill. Victims say that health care workers also cooperate in this persecution. Targeted persons may even be subject to attempts to commit them to psychiatric facilities, a means of accomplishing the underlying goal of extrajudicial targeting and punishment -- the removal of "targeted individuals" (and by extension, their families) from mainstream society.
Victims of extrajudicial targeting also charge that their family finances are sabotaged and ultimately expropriated by secret government programs ostensibly implemented to disrupt the financial dealings of terrorists and drug traffickers. In effect, they say, they are victimized by a parallel system of transaction processing sold to lawmakers as necessary components of the "war on terror" -- not as an ideologically-motivated tool of social control and political repression.

NY - Westchester - I've been a target of this hideous assault on my line for approximately two years. I had also contacted the ACLU and was told they could not help me? I was also told not to use last names on the phone? This was so far out of my realm of life experiences that it was impossible for me to accept. In retrospect, this may have been a diverted call, since now I know this is happening both coming in to my home and going. I continue to try to get the word out, which seems to be exactly what is being hindered. In my case, I believe these unlawful activities are to hinder prosecution, also called obstruction of justice.
This is the fourth day I have attempted to post to this blog -- I will also be contacting the ACLU again, via Certified Mail. This is insane -- and I want MY LIFE back.
Please help - get the word out - contact Congress and the Senante, Obama -- my basic site is http://www.rosieandthecat.com I'll also be posting communications to the County, State, etc.

Some of the "gang stalking" web sites are run by the very people who are tormenting you. When the postings on their boards turn sadistic, that's a clue.
Here's an idea: Pete Seeger lives in Croton-on-Hudson near Indian Point. He is a survivor of the 1950s blacklisting era. This is much worse, because the "targets" are being silently irradiated by radiation weapons and devices (also known as "directed energy weapons").
Try to contact Pete, perhaps through his Clearwater Foundation. Send him the links above and ask him to read through all of the ACLU blog entries here for other accounts and other links.
He's been there before. Maybe he can figure out how to get the ACLU to actively intervene on behalf of the thousands of unjustly "targeted" and silently tortured victims of this hideous American Genocide.
I would try emailing Pete myself, but my emails are subject to interception and rarely draw responses. (I am trying to get the ACLU's attention on telecommunications surveillance, malicious tampering, interception and harassment.)

Thanks --- I believe the ACLU is working at getting rid of obstacles -- like the Patriot Act and FOIL breaches. My ACLU link at my web site has been corrupted. But, if I go back after writing this it will probably be okay -- I got their MO down -- and that's to invalidate me (us) as valid sources. An ADA for the County made this inference. I also created another web site with the contacts and letters I have sent to people. This may sound a little off, but contact Oprah -- she has a secure web site email. The "secure" feature has recently been added. You'll be supporting what I've already written and help to validate this "unbelievable" insanity.
Pete Seeger - 60's music? I think I saw his story on PBS. Well like I've told my friends(?) -- we're making a comeback like Bob Woodward and we'll be marching on Washington but this time with our canes and wheelchairs.
ACLU's attention is justly drawn to breaches in The Constitution which prohibit torture and this is torture - here in the US of A!!!! One of my tag lines is America and Americans first. The torture includes all that you state plus + plus + plus. I have emailed the ACLU and have received my membership card. I am hopeful that they are hearing us -- S C R E A M! Like you I know my emails and even phone calls from people I know are being manipulated and monitored. Contrary to Eleanor White's opinion evaluating the Psychological Harassment Web Site as bogus, I believe it is very valuable to targets in understanding the psychological strategy that is employed and this strategy is meant to disable - create inaction. This strategy is illegal - period.

I live in a building, a rooming house located in Salem Ma., that is owned and operated by Caritas Communities, who owns a number of such residences both in Boston, and on the North and South shores of Boston that are referred to as affordable housing for single persons. They are mostly inhabited by DMH clients, disabled persons and both active and recovering substance abusers.
A girl who lived down the hall from me was seen(with a witness) running from my door after cockroaches came under it; She also managed to get a domestic rat into my room; and on those two occasions the building manager attempted, first to put rat poison in my unit, which I prevented, and then he did put Combat Cockroach Killer around my dog’s food area, and under my stove’s range hood, where it would have dripped into my food when I cooked, instead of calling a professional exterminator, because I was the only resident with cockroaches and he knew it. The Salem Board of Health made him remove the pesticide, which he did not remove from the floor of the utility room next to me, and which the board of health refused to make him remove.
Shortly after that I would hear a fan turn on in the utility room; the fan was blowing the fumes from the toxin into my room as I slept. I then began to smell garlic being emitted from my pores even though I don’t eat much of it. In February of 2006 the Poison Control Center said that the symptoms that I was describing were consistent with arsenic poisoning. So, I dare say that these infestations are being facilitated in order to deliver pesticides, herbicides and fertilizers that contain arsenic in order to cause harm or death to targeted individuals that have real or perceived problems, especially if those problems are a result of police misconduct, and ESPECIALLY if the target knows it.

I have been monitored and been followed by the local government and unmarked government's cars for a long time.
Before I realized all these happening to me, I have been forced to resigned from three companies. I have a master degree in technology and now I make a minimum wage....can anyone out there help me?

This morning I tried to take a shower; there was a loud thunk in the pipes above me, and the water went cold. This is how they run their psychotronics, deliver their pesticides and fertilizer, and mess with my shower.
I saw the manager fifteen minutes later, and and when he check it the water was scalding hot,...fifteen minutes?
W. Tejada has done extensive plumbing work next to, under, and above, my unit, not to mention in my unit, and the sprinkler system.
I took pictures on my cell phone, then the phone crashed,...three times
So, I picked up my cell phone, and it had been turned off for non payment on abill which was over by three hundred minutes that I didn't use. I've gone over my minutes once, last May, eight whole minutes.
So I had to pay a bill that I did not incur.

After reading, and writing countless pieces about gang stalking by the very individuals that are targeted and stalked, to their ruin or preferably their death, which includes myself, I have come to the following basically simple conclusions;
Writing about our experiences is not only knowledge both gained and shared, it helps us to know that we are sane and not alone.
But beyond that, it's not much good because what is being done is sanctioned and condoned by the government and its’ employees, and their proverbial hired guns.
It operates by the old divide and conquer war tactic; many performing one or two actions each toward an end result.
In and of themselves, the actions are not usually illegal, but just little annoyances designed to drive one crazy.
Then, after you've been labeled, and as such, you've lost your credibility to fight it because no one will listen.
That's when the truly illegal and dangerous tactics begin, and as with the less dangerous tactics, it is very difficult to prove, such as the facilitation of fertilizers and arsenical pesticides delivered by plumbing and heating systems, and which may actually be a governmental genocide in its beginning stages.
What is needed at this point is to unite in the flesh, to all meet at the same place. It requires planning and organization, which again is very difficult when your phones, emails, faxes, and mail is being intercepted by them. Nonetheless, only a physical demonstration, out in the open will begin to do some good. Otherwise we may be getting our individual stories out, but usually only to others interested because they are also targets, and it amounts otherwise to those not targeted as a bunch of crazies whining about things that can’t be proven very easily.
The time to unite and be heard is now, or forever remains silent.

The strategy is geared to disable targets emotionally -- isolation, self doubt created by all the street theater, gas lighting, stalking, black balling, etc. It is a situation that presents a battering of abnormality. The inference to insanity is a significant part of the strategy. The "LIE" to present the target as a threat to society --
The ADA made reference to my emotional wellness. I stated that I had a multiple personality disorder, one personality for each of the perps. I could tell he was writing the first part of my statement down. I followed this with the simple fact that withstanding an assault of this magnitude is actually an indication of EXTREMELY strong emotional strength.
I also stated that this is criminal. It is organized crime and pre meditated murder - THIS IS A FACT. It is a Conspiracy to cause harm -- another fact. This is illegal activity -- and can not be dismissed without significant consequences to the parties that would dismiss it to possibly protect themselves. Conversely, it is also simply "UNKNOWN" to most Americans including those in law enforcement.
I do not know who is responsible. Like most targets when I started to describe what was happening around me to my ***X*** friends -- the question was "why would all these people be following YOU around. ME? My web site has the answers? My response now is that there is NO JUSTIFICATION but it is. I can not answer for the behaviors or insanity of other people. That is Law Enforcements JOB -- Also, something that entraps many people is the "trying to understand" -- Fact: Insanity is NOT understandable. Keep your timeline as factual as possible.

Under the tentacles of the punitive and judgmental Bush regime, our tolerance for cruelty and selfishness grew exponentially. Our Constitution has been turned into a puree of abandoned quotes with a crucifix on top; cliff-noted to suit the needs of the Religious Right. This distortion of our rights has enabled us to become very un-American; the manifestation of the bully nations we used to criticize. Unfortunately today’s technology has made this easier to perpetuate and there is no crisis of conscience when the “righteous” are prescribing punishment via their laptops and cell phones.
Under the topic “Mobbing,” there are a variety of stories on the Internet about cowardly group behavior, bullying behavior, where mobs of people verbally attack public figures or even private citizens. They went after poor Michael Jackson even after his death. Their callous jokes and glib remarks showed a terrible disregard for a talented and innovative artist.
Mobbing is nothing new and throughout history there have been self-righteous mobs that go after individuals. Couple our current judgmental populace with today’s technology and you get hoards of people, from all walks of life, even the so-called pious, vilifying and passing judgment on complete strangers in Internet chat rooms. Oddly in the land of liberty, this has become very popular and entire communities are constructed around mobbing. Nothing brings people together like a good old-fashioned witch-hunt.
Like the KKK’s penchant for disguise, the mobber’s identities remain cloaked in anonymity as they destroy their victims from the privacy of their PCs or cell phones. How easy to slander and threaten others when there is little chance of getting caught. They think up cutesy monikers, such as Frank Sinatra’s Reanimated Corpse or Nonymouse and flatter themselves that they are writers, exercising Freedom of Speech or vigilantes punishing an evil person.
Not only do the Blog Mobs rip the victim to shreds on the Internet, some will post all of the victim’s personal information online and then try to rally the other bloggers to track/stalk, and report the victim’s every move to the group. (Organized stalking/tracking—Google: Texas Fred and see what he instigates against supposed sex offenders.)
Stalking and especially group stalking is a horrendous civil rights abuse—it violates a citizen’s right to privacy as laid out in the constitution. Also, slander and inciting hatred towards a citizen violates even more constitutional rights. Oddly some former military and so-called Christians are involved in this animal behavior.
Some of these bully groups try to damage every facet of the person’s life by contacting their employer, neighbors and family with false reports that the person is crazy, a racist, pedophile, thief, sexual deviant, under investigation, etc. The accusations the Blog Mobs use to rally the masses are generally so reprehensible and embarrassing to discuss that the accused may never even hear what they are being accused of. Also, if you ask one of the bloggers if they have actually asked the accused if it is true, they just say, “Oh, they’ll just deny it anyway.” Ah, due process of law in action.
Some blog mobs have even used set-ups, complete with photo shoots to make the victim seem like an undesirable. This is later posted on You Tube or My Space or any number of sites. The slander creates conflicts where the victim constantly has to defend themselves and thus create more enemies. I know from personal experience about the set ups. In 2006, I would walk through the park on my way home from work. On two occasions, I saw a middle-aged African American man running ahead in the distance and looking back at me occasionally with a look of fear on his face. Then I’d see some twenty-something with their little camera phone, filming the scene. Scenes like this happened a variety of times and I had no idea what was going on until I came across other articles, that shed light on the set ups, which are referred to as “street theater.” There would also be set ups in the workplace where one coworker would try to manipulate trouble between myself and another colleague. I stopped taking the bait, finally in 2007, but the attempts are still made anyway. (This is a facet of Workplace Mobbing.)
This cowardly behavior of Mobbing has been popularized and encouraged by mainstream media. In 2007 on Channel Five News, I heard Jean Enerson rally the troops, by saying, “Bloggers tracking pedophiles,” after a story about Jack McClellan, a person who was suspected of being a possible pedophile. Every week the reporters would proudly claim that this man had been driven out of another community. (America—Home of the brave.) I have no idea why this person was appearing almost weekly on the news and why he was perceived as such a threat as he hadn’t been convicted of anything. I do know that Texas Fred (who appeared on FOX news for his vigilante work) was encouraging blog mobs to stalk this man and run him out of various towns. I have little sympathy for real pedophiles, however as one that has been falsely accused of this egregious act on a site called www.rottenneighbor.com I say get some real evidence before you begin to stalk and torture people. Also, do some fact checking Reporters and let the accused defend himself. Don’t just take sound bytes from this guy that make him look bonkers.
Since anyone can be accused of being a pedophile and the community reacts with absolutely no proof, innocent Teachers and other’s lives are being destroyed every day. I see these pumped up reports on the news almost weekly. Where is our Due Process? Where are the true Journalists that know that News needs to be fact-based and fact checked and not have a lead sentence such as, “A Harper Valley Gymnastics Teacher is being accused of Child Rape.” Then they show the person’s house and neighborhood. Of course the person’s neighbors will recognize the house and this person is instantly stigmatized.
A 2006 International Times article, illustrates the frenzy of an online mob and the damage they can do to an innocent person. According to the article, the victim was first accused of being responsible for his ex-girlfriend’s suicide. Then the stories began to build. The bloggers alleged she was pregnant and he was trying to force her to abort his child. The mob went crazy, posting all of his personal information on the internet, calling his workplace with demands that the company fire him, forcing him out of his college where he had night classes. Next the mob was reporting his every move--even what he was wearing on specific days. None of the gossip had any basis in fact, but Vigilante Bloggers don’t need any facts. As mentioned above, I have had my own experience with internet smears and organized stalking. In December 2007, I found my full name on a website named www.rottenneighbor.com, which is supposedly a site designed to identify desirable or undesirable neighbors and neighborhoods. These anonymous posts claimed that I was everything from a redneck prostitute to a child molester. They ranged from character assassination to the ridiculous, “She will steal your husband.” I contacted the Webmaster from the site and by the next day all the posts were removed, but the webmaster never responded to my emails. (I began contacting State legal agencies and Human Rights Commissions, but they offered no help.)
In May 2008, I put up a few flyers in my neighborhood offering a reward for information about the Internet smears. A few days later, I received a call from Channel Five Reporter Chris Daniels asking for a comment about the reward and new slander posted on The Stranger Newspaper’s SLOG. I had no idea about this new twist and was shocked when I found 48 postings accusing me of being crazy and a crack whore among other things. (These blogs had been posted shortly after I had hung my flyers and even a photo of one of my flyers was on the site.) I emailed Dan Savage, since I’d met him when I interviewed for a job there in 2002. Tim Keck the Publisher (or is that just Unseen Hand Productions that controls this media) responded instead and said that he didn’t see anything wrong with the posts. When I checked the SLOG again, the more serious postings, that I was a crack whore and the one suggesting that I be “put down,” had been removed and replaced with the statement, “way too mean.” I had printed the originals however.
Next I discovered I was on a Watch List when I was detained at the U.S./Canadian border in 2007. Why? I don’t know exactly and every FOIA request I submit is denied or dismissed. John C. Inglis from the NSA went so far as to write, “While your appeal clearly states your concern of not knowing whether or not NSA maintains intelligence information on you, I must emphasize that NSA can neither confirm nor deny alleged intelligence activities or targets due to the classified nature of this agency’s signals intelligence mission.“ If my name can appear on a Watch List and since I have done nothing to deserve such a thing, then anyone can be vilified and harassed in this manner.
The CIA has always used slander campaigns against individuals they consider a threat—Activists, writers—so-called Enemy Combatants—Google: Abby Hoffman and Cointelpro. General Motors did the same thing to Ralph Nader—Watch: Ralph Nader: An Unreasonable Man. Now it appears they can even do it to nobodys like me. I guess anyone that stands up or stands out could be a target. Am I just an example to scare the other nobodys?
When anonymous bloggers (who could be NSA or LEIU) can so easily manipulate the public into going after innocent people, then that public can also be manipulated into a totalitarian system--A system where they do not question authority for fear of reprisal. If the government vilifies and isolates all the activists, then the weak will follow the crowd.
Sadly it’s not just the Religious Right that is involved in this (although these are the people pulling the strings.). Since self-righteousness has replaced common sense, Democrats will vilify other Democrats (Just look how divided the party was in 2004.). Scholars go after each other (Look at the high percentage of Workplace Mobbing in Academia). Feminists attack other feminists and the rightwing fascists just sit back and laugh at all the mayhem they have caused. They create chaos to implement the destruction of our constitution, our unions and especially our unity. The 1960’s battles were won by many groups pulling together and we are currently very divided. This type of isolation only endangers us. We need to put aside our differences and search for our commonalities.
Throughout the ages Jewish and Roma people, activists, scholars, etc. have been vilified so terribly that entire communities turned on them. Some were driven out of cities, placed into camps and millions were murdered. During the Spanish Inquisition, Village Healers were burned as witches. During the Cultural Revolution, students were manipulated into going after the Scholars because of Mao’s wish to purge any intellectual threat. Stalin did much the same. During WWII, American citizens of Japanese descent were vilified and placed into camps; their homes and goods confiscated. Currently, in the “land of the Free,” liberal Teachers, Writers, Activists and Whistleblowers are treated as the new threat and can be placed on Watch Lists and harassed by their communities. As a child I began to stand up early on. I was restricted by a very oppressive religious group and not by my own choosing. I even had to attend their school, which was poorly staffed and Math and Science were almost completely ignored as there was an emphasis on Religious themes. My self-esteem was constantly being attacked by my mother, stepfather and his two older boys, yet I stood up as much as a little child could. This so enraged my mother that she would actually try to beat me into submission. She broke a hairbrush on me once and our small, Dachshund/Chihuahua-mix went after her. Then she turned on the dog. I was very proud of our dog that day. The smallest member of the family had stood up to the big bully.

What is going on is a gauntleting of people into either death or total control. I've been calling our country, "Nazi-Communist America" since 2001, when I began to see the ripple effects of 9-1-1, not realizing at the time that the event was actuall facilitated by our government in unity with other governments as the first "big" step toward a one world order.
The planet's resources are drying up thanks to negative capatalizing, and there are thus too many people.
If you want control, and power the way to do it is keep the people down, so we have weather being facilitated to that end (read about the HAARP PROJECT), keep people scared, , so they facilitate 9-1-1 to create a police state, keep people stupid and poor, so we have decades of kids either quitting school, or graduating with the inability to read and write effectively which is basically censorship. Now all we need, and I do believe it's coming, is the revolution John Lennon sang about, and so many others including the bible have predicted predicted
Last spring I was let go from a job that I'd had been working at for about a year, under a federal grant designed to help persons over the age of fifty re-enter the workforce , at The Career Center in Salem,Ma.. The reason that I was given was that I had reacted when a tenant from my former building, Jeff Dennis, swore at me on the way out of the building, showed up at my job, a public forum, giving me dirty looks.. This was not the first, but the fourth time I was verbally assaulted by Mr. Dennis. After that I lost the job, Mr.Dennis moved out of the building.
The other reason I was given was that I wasn't looking for otheremployment, which I was, and can prove. I also have a letter from the same person who terminated me telling me not to look for other employment.

I lost the job after that, and he moved out of the Lincoln. He had been staying with F.Evans. But besides that the reason that I was given was that I hadn't been looking for other workwhich was a stipulation of that job. I can not only prove I was, but...read on:
