On June 26, 2007, activists from all 50 states gathered in a Capitol Hill rally to demand that Congress restore habeas corpus, fix the Military Commissions Act, end torture and rendition and restore our constitutional rights. Thousands gathered to hear leaders from the Senate, the House and groups including the ACLU, Amnesty International, the Leadership Conference on Civil Rights and the National Religious Campaign Against Torture.
