ACLU members in Washington state interested in legislative activism can join the ACLU of Washington E-Mail Activist List and receive legislative alerts via E-mail explaining anti-civil liberties legislation at the state and federal levels, with instructions for contacting elected officials.
To join this list, E-mail your name and contact information (this address does not respond to legal questions or complaints).
There are two ways for Washington state residents to request legal assistance from the ACLU of Washington:
1. Call the legal complaint line, 206-624-2180, weekdays only.
2. Write a letter to: Legal Department, ACLU of Washington, 705 Second Avenue, #310, Seattle, WA 98104.
