Guantanamo legal question
Article 1, Section 9 on our Constition states a suspest can be held if "Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety." Lets face it, they are somewhat dangerous. I believe the prison on Cuba ruins US integrity. Why not held & properly treated on US federal property, without a legal conflict?
any response would be appreciated
