ACLU Challenges Arkansas Adoption Ban

Today the ACLU filed a lawsuit against the state of Arkansas' newly passed Act 1. Slated to take effect January 1, Act 1 bans any unmarried person who lives with a partner from serving as an adoptive or foster parent in the state. In our lawsuit, we argue that Act 1 violates the federal and state constitutional rights to equal protection and due process. Read the release.

  1. liberal hater Says:

Fuck all you FAGGOTS and DYKES. Fuck the ACLU.

Hey moron,we normal people don't want fags and dykes adopting children. It's called a democracy. We vote and accept the outcome. We don't go crying to some liberal, cocksucking fag judge.

Suck my fucking STRAIGHT dick you faggots.

  2. stay classy Says:

    Stay classy, conservatives

  3. Donnie Says:

most all faggotts are drug addicts and child molesters and have HIV/AIDS they don't need to be adopting children what if a little child looks into the bedroom and sees mommy/daddy giving the other mommy/daddy a blowjob!! they are really sick

  4. To the ACLU and Supporters Says:

You people disgust me. We are losing our rights as Americans every day in order to make Non-Americans feel good about them-self. You people are liberalizing the average hard working white male out of a country. You people would not let 1/10th % of the freaks you help live in your own house. Left-wingers need to get a grip. You know that if we were attacked on our own soil, you would want the emergency line to the closest right-wingers, to protect your stupid asses. Go kill yourselves, so I don't have to sacrifice myself to save you.

  5. LiteSalt Says:

This public commentary is pathetic. The ACLU should make people at least register to stop putting posts like this up.

Wrap up in that nice anonymous security the internet provides, folks -- we all know you would never say these rants face-to-face in public.

    Cowards.

  6. DB Says:

A lot of people would probably like to say these things in public, but then they would be sued by the aclu because some fags and freaks got their feelings hurt. Oh well, I guess I'll go see what I can do today to keep my social security funds from going to illegal aliens, lazy fucks that don't want to work and 14 year-old sluts that have kids but no money.

  7. Daniel Says:

If we would have let the south vote on Civil Rights and slavery, they would have voted to aginst civil rights but to keep slavery. That would be democracy, but does that make it right? America was built on protecting the common good, while defending the rights of those in the minority. I also don't understand why any off you want to pay people to take care of these kids in foster care, when they could be taken care of by loving parents in a permanent home. By the way, I am not a liberal, I am a libertarian, so not call me a liberal.

I will no respond to the flamers here.

Liberal hater: I find it ironic that you are asking gay men to suck you "straight cock."

Donnie: 1. Where are you getting the idea that most gays are drug addicts? 2. Kids should not be seeing any sex, gay OR straight.

To the ACLU and Supporters: If we would stay on our own soil in the first place and not be nation building and getting involved in foreign affairs that don't involve us, we would would not be getting attacked on our own soil

DB: I agree that you should be able to express your views in public about gays, even I disagree with them. I doubt the ACLU would sue you though.
