Do you blame these detainees at Guantanamo for not trusting in the legal help being offered to them at this time by this current administration. Based on personal experience(and I have plenty of that), I wouldn't either. I don't know if the legal help being offered has "ties" with the government or not. But,in a desperate situation, you need to reach out to someone who may be able to help you or at least listen to you. That person may have a sympathetic heart, even if he/she may have outside loyalties. Hopefully, these detainees will be able to trust someone who can help them.
