Christmas Comes Early! EFF Gets FAA Document DumpHey, remember the fight around updating the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act? Also known as the FISA Amendments Act? Also known as one of the biggest legislative and legal battles we’ve ever had over surveillance? Well, the Electronic Frontier Foundation just got a whole bunch of never-before-seen documents pertaining to drafting and debate around the legislation and Wired magazine’s Threat Level blog is asking for your help in perusing them. Frankly, it’s got to be a treasure trove of juicy details and I wish I had all the time in the world to go through it but I don’t. Maybe you do? CORRECTION: An earlier version of this post incorrectly identified EFF. Thanks Ann O'Nym!

You don't have to tell me, just look at my FOIA action Elkins v FAA 3:08cv1073PK in US District Court, Portland Oregon, the DOJ and local law enforcement (Portland Police)were heavily engaged in "UNWARRENTED SURVEILLANCE". This action exposes the abuse of exemption 2,3,7e, and the Federal Avaition Administration was duped by the Fed's to lie, withhold in violation of FOIA

I'm another person who's been surveilled for no apparent reason. I'm a professional, patriotic American and my life has been turned upside down. Appeal to law enforcement? They turn a blind eye... Why?

You have NO IDEA how pervasive the surveillance of innocent Americans has been, how many homes have had valuables stolen or damaged ( "TOSS IT !!!") and how many lives ruined by gag order questioning of a citizen's business relations, with attempts to sully and besmirch Bush or freemasonry's enemies.
This is the new world orders' Modus Operandi in marginalizing ALL who question their destruction of democracy and replacement of it with King George Masonic Lodge governance. The madness of the freemasons is alive, and did not die when they killed William Mopgan in New York.

Freemasons...surveilled for no apparent reason...what a load of paranoia and conspiracy crappolla. I am not interested in anything that would give an Islamic Terrorist any govt. info. To quote the ACLU..."One important law in that regard is the prohibition on politically partisan activity." Another load dumped ...ha... ha..ha....

Some samples of Aircraft surveillance are on "You Tube" under user "Infosword",Please visit. The Federal Avaition Administration released radar plots, radio call signs, and Idetifying the FBI, Portland Police in endless flights gathering no intellegence , somtimes flying into heavy commerical traffic flight paths, for no apperant reason but to stalk and intimidate, then whistle blower Jene Zullo, FOIA specialist was removed and the FAA started to deny records again.
