You've seen the headlines...

•  Secret government wiretapping of phone calls and e-mails
•  Abuse and torture at home and abroad
•  The erosion of civil liberties across America

Do something about it!
Register now for the Stand Up for Freedom 2008 ACLU Membership Conference -- from June 8-10 in Washington , D.C.

Youth Discount:
If you are between the ages of 18-25 your will receive a special discounted rate or $65 for the entire three day conference (including all conference panels, workshops and meals).

Discount Hotel Rooms:
Conference registration does not include hotel reservations or costs. However, there are some low cost options available. Hostelling International is close by and while there is not a special ACLU rate available, the average cost per night is just $35. Splitting a hotel with three others (friends or people arranged through one of the discussion boards on Myspace or Facebook) is not a bad idea either. The capital Hilton and the Four Points Sheraton Hotel both offer special discounted rates for Membership Conference attendees. Just be sure to request the ACLU room block and please note the cutoff date is May 16.
