Biography of Allie Frankel

Allie Frankel is a legal assistant for the Human Rights Program (HRP). Prior to joining the HRP, she worked at the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia, where she investigated command responsibility of senior military officers. Allie graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a focus on human rights issues including international justice, death penalty abolition, and accountability for torture.
