Biography of Caroline Cincotta

Caroline Cincotta is a Soros Justice Advocacy Fellow with the ACLU Immigrants’ Rights Project (IRP). She joined IRP after completing a clerkship with Judge Marsha S. Berzon of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit. Caroline graduated summa cum laude from New York University School of Law and served as an articles editor for the New York University Law Review. She received her undergraduate degree from Reed College. Caroline has experience working on issues relating to non-citizens with criminal convictions, and has worked with local human rights organizations and international nongovernmental organizations in the former Soviet Union.
