Biography of Harini Raghupathi

Harini Raghupathi is a Skadden Fellow at the ACLU Immigrants’ Rights Project. She received her B.S. from Stanford University with honors and distinction, and her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law. During law school, Harini served as articles editor for the California Law Review and submissions editor for the Berkeley Journal of Gender, Law & Justice. Harini also participated in the International Human Rights Clinic, the California Asylum Representation Clinic, and the Domestic Violence Clinic. Harini is also active in several community-based organizations in the Bay Area, including South Asian Sisters and Narika. Prior to arriving at the ACLU, Harini clerked for the Honorable R. Guy Cole, Jr. of the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals.
