Biography of Jennifer Chang

Jennifer Chang Newell is a staff attorney with the ACLU Immigrants' Rights Project. She first joined the IRP as a Skadden Fellow after completing a clerkship with Judge Marsha S. Berzon of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Jennifer is a graduate of Stanford Law School, where she was a member of the Order of the Coif and an article editor of the Stanford Law Review. She received her undergraduate degree summa cum laude from Yale College. She has published articles on immigrant workers' rights and fair housing enforcement.
