ACLU staffers have been on the ground in Alabama talking to families affected by the state’s new anti-immigrant law as the legal team continues its battle against this draconian law, HB 56. A free hotline has been set up for those affected by the law so they can report problems or get information about the law. This is a short announcement in Spanish about the hotline from the Hispanic Interest Coalition of Alabama (HICA), one of the plaintiffs in the lawsuit against HB 56.
