ACLU Comments to the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights re: Students of Color with Disabilities and the School-To-Prison pipeline

On January 16, 2018 the ACLU sent the following comments to the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights to consider as USCCR examines the experiences of students of color with disabilities, and whether existing laws and their enforcement are adequate to protect these students from discriminatory disciplinary actions and policies.
