We call upon our elected Federal Representatives to repeal all those provisions of the PATRIOT Act which (present the appearance of) conflict with the US Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

Attorney General Eric Holder finally appointed an independent prosecutor to investigate torture -- but it does not go far enough. Urge him to launch a full and thorough investigation -- that follows the evidence wherever it leads. We need a full and thorough investigation.
