On June 18, 2010, as part of the ACLU's DOJ OIG FOIA, the government released a series of FBI emails provided to the DOJ's Office of the Inspector General ("OIG") during an investigation, which culminated in the following report: A Review of the FBI's Involvement in and Observations of Detainee Interrogations in Guantanamo Bay, Afghanistan, and Iraq. The government also released 268 pages of summaries of interviews conducted by the OIG in preparing the report.
