The request seeks records concerning the FBI's use and practice of issuing NSLs in non-FBI investigations, whether at the request of the DoD or other agencies. The request also seeks records concerning the FBI's implementation of its power to impose non-disclosure obligations on NSL recipients since the NSL law was amended in 2006. Act Now
