Doe v. Bridgeport - Court Order Denying ACLU Motion for Contempt

A court order denying the ACLU's motion for contempt against the Bridgeport Police Department for failure to respect a previous court order barring harassment or arrest of individuals for possessing syringes. The court did, however, chastise the Department for failure to diligently adhere to the order.
