Santa Cruz v. Gonzales - Supplemental Brief in Support of Opposition to Motion to Dismiss

A supplemental brief filed by plaintiffs examining the impact of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals' dismissal of Gonzales v. Raich on this case. Santa Cruz v.
