David, et al. v. Signal International, LLC, et al. - First Amended Complaint

In the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, over 500 Indian men were trafficked into the U.S. through the federal government's H-2B guestworker program to provide labor and services to Signal International, LLC. Recruited to perform marine fabrication work, the men were subjected to forced labor and other serious abuses.
