ACLU Letter to Attorney General Eric Holder, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano Regarding Ideological Exclusion

Urging the government to end the practice of ideological exclusion which compromises the vitality of academic and political debate in the United States. The practice was misguided during the Cold War and it is misguided now.
