ACLU Letter to Senate Members Urging Opposition to Amendment 649 to the Omnibus Appropriations Act of 2009
Proposed by Senator DeMint, amendment would strike a common-sense, no cost provision that allows women access to low-cost birth control

The amendment would remove a common-sense, no cost provision that would once again provide women access to low-cost birth control supplies.
