ACLU Successful in Fighting Second Attempt by Congress to Censor the Internet
In a ringing endorsement for the First Amendment, a unanimous decision by a federal appeals court struck down the Children's Online Protection Act (COPA), Congress' most recent effort to censor the the Internet.
