ACLU Letter to the House Judiciary Subcomm. on the Constitution on Voter Registration Problems in the 2008 Election

On behalf of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), its over half a million members, fifty-three affiliates nationwide, and countless additional supporters and activists, we commend the Committee for holding a hearing to explore the lessons learned from the 2008 election.
