ACLU Testimony in Support of Massachusetts House Bill 1747 – An Act Relative to Housing Discrimination Against Victims of Domestic Violence, Rape, Sexual Assault and Stalking

The ACLU of Massachusetts and the ACLU Women's Rights Project presented testimony to a Massachusetts legislative subcommittee in support of a bill banning housing discrimination on the basis of domestic violence, rape, sexual assault, and stalking.
