Description: The ACLU, along with five library associations, Project Gutenberg and the Internet Archive, has filed a friend-of-the-court brief with the Ninth Circuit that points out the numerous constitutionally protected forms of speech that are currently taking place over peer-to-peer file-sharing networks.
