CO Anti-Affirmative Action Initiative: ACRI Opening Brief in Title Challenge (7/16/2007)

File Attached - click here for more info

Description: The petition considered in this case is one of a series of 5 anti-affirmative action initiatives being forwarded for the fall of 2008 by the so-called American Civil Rights Institute.
