In mid-February, the House of Representatives passed legislation that would eliminate all funds for the Title X family planning program and deny Planned Parenthood any funding for the many preventative health services they provide for low-income women and men.  On February 26, thousands of New Yorkers rallied in downtown Manhattan to support Planned Parenthood and decry Congress's attacks on women's health.
