Internet Service Provider's NSL Challenge - Doe v. Mukasey (11/30/2005)
In April 2004, an anonymous Internet Service Provider challenged the National Security Letter statute after the FBI demanded some of its records. The Appeals Court ruled that a district court should consider the constitutionality of the provision in light of recent amendments made by Congress.
