Holding Phone Companies Accountable
The ACLU of Pennsylvania filed a complaint on May 24, 2006, against several phone companies; one company, InfoHighway Communications, denied sharing information with the NSA. On July 16, 2006, a judge dismissed the complaint. The ACLU is appealing the decision.
