LAST YEAR'S WINNERS

"You Do"
Lauren Humphrey
Originally from a suburb of Seattle, I moved to Los Angeles to attend the University of Southern California, where I studied creative writing. It was only after graduating last year that I finally fell for this city of hopefuls, and I currently divide my time between observing seedy characters from the underbelly of Tinseltown and sitting in traffic.

"Hide & Seek"
Steven Gaughan
I am from Waimea, Hawaii although I was raised in various towns across California. I am currently finishing up my freshman year at the University of Southern California (USC) where I am a triple major in print journalism, international relations and fine arts. I dropped out of high school after my junior year and enrolled at USC through the Resident Honors Program. At school, I serve on the executive board of the Gay Lesbian Bisexual and Transgender Assembly and am currently working with UCLA's Student Coalition for Marriage Equality to start a sister organization at USC. I also run with the USC Marathon Team and work for the school TV station, Trojan Vision.
