	Eighth-grader Michelle Selden, plaintiff in Selden v. Livingston Parish School Board.
	The ACLU of Southern California sued the L.A. County Office of Education and the Antelope Valley Union High School District on behalf of pregnant and parenting teens funneled into sub-standard alternative education programs instead of being allowed to continue at their local high schools.
	In Draper v. Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association (MIAA), the Massachusetts affiliate represented the Chatham High School field hockey team in a challenge to an MIAA rule that prevented the team, which had one boy on its roster, from playing against all-female teams.
	Candace Workman, plaintiff in Workman v. Spanish Fork, is a reigning national champion wrestler.
	Ten-year-old Janine Cinseruli was a plaintiff in a 1974 case in Massachusetts concerning girls playing on Little League teams.
