About the Artist
Adam Himoff is a contemporary artist and entrepreneur born in New York City in 1976. His artwork was influenced by the museums, galleries, and street art that surrounded him, as well as other pop influences. Adam pursued art classes as a 12-year-old at the Art Students League of New York and, in his teens, at the Rhode Island School of Design. In 1993, he cofounded a gallery-sponsored art magazine at his NYC high school and, in 1998, he graduated magna cum laude from Dartmouth College, where he studied Economics, Studio Art, and English Literature.
After college, Adam worked in finance and venture capital in both New York City and Los Angeles and, in 2002, founded Jellyman Productions, an independent animation production company. He returned to visual art in 2005, furthering his pop experimentations with linocut printmaking he began in college.
