Because freedom can't protect itself
Here we go again. Another argument with my "I don't care. I have nothing to hide" brother.
I wonder if schools could do a better job of teaching the reason for all the rights reserved or enumerated to the people?
Why do I have to continually debate that rights are not to be given away, and legally if they are they cannot be reclaimed?
Anyway, why do I need the telcoms to specify what rights I have? Are they now going to take over where the Bush Admin left off in limiting my CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS?
Folks WAKE UP. Its obvious from the last eight years that if we don't fight for our rights the government will take them (only to keep us safe, of course).
When do we revisit FISA?
I would like to comment on this, but the ACLU censors comments.
