Because freedom can't protect itself
The ACLU views the death penalty as "cruel and unusual" punishment but yet when a suction device is stuck in the back in an unborn child's skull and their brains are sucked out that-according to the ACLU-is neither cruel nor unusual. Commit a serious crime, you get this organization's blessing, but if you are simply concieved, well that's another story.
ACLU do great job, because the man is the worst animals in planet. Nobody have a right to kill somedy.
So if no one has the right to kill somebody then the one's who dedide to do that very thing should have the right to be placed in a cell where the tax payers pay their way through life? Or what about the families of the one's who have been murdered or molested? Should they have to sit around and watch the murders be able to live? There really are no good answer's to these questions. We could sit here and debate the death penalty all day and not get anywhere. The just of it is murdering is not right for anyone ut also it is not right for the ones who commited the crime to go unpunished either.
