Because freedom can't protect itself
Please, do not forget the police brutality event that took place in Humacao, Puerto Rico on August 11, 2007, where a police officer shoot to death a civilian who was trying to organize the vehicle traffic on a street right in front of a birthday celebration that was taking place. There is a video taken from a cellphone where the police officer is recorded intimidating the civilian who was trying to help, and then physical force is used between the man and the officer who later took his gun and accidentally shot himself on a foot, and angrily shoot four times on Miguel Cáceres' body, hiting him three times, and killing him in the act.
