Because freedom can't protect itself
It seems that only those doing harm to society are worried about the "stingray". I guess that I'm not afraid of govt intrusion because I have nothing to hide.

I don't think they missed the opportunity, more like seized it!
Basic logic and interpretation would lead any reasonable person to believe this type of activity would be considered illegal without a court order.
There seems to be a broad sweeping agenda in place to legitimize illegal practices conducted by local and federal law enforcement.
Perhaps the Judges who are turning the other way have watched to many CSI type television programs.
There is something about about the FBI you don't know about the FBI has purchased radio equipment witch can violate a citizens 1 St amendment right such radio equipment is dangerous this radio equipment can force a citizen to talk and violate there rights on radio frequency wave length bands not advertised for many reasons a wireless signal is sent to a citizen exact GPS and can make person say something they don't want to say the frequency's they transmit on are unadvertised such radio equipment is used on newspaper reporters and are used to abduct a person and sometime a person ends up killed because of negligence this radio equipment needs to be subpoenaed to a federal court so American citizens and the American public will know about I honest all rights reserved
