Because freedom can't protect itself
In my FOIA action, Elkins v FAA 8:12CV2009, the DOJ wants to withold inflight radio communication (b)(6) of one or both aircraft circling over the protest parade January 24, 2005( Re- inaguaration of George Bush) downtown Portland Or. The request were not made to the DOJ, nor were they obtained thru DOJ personal, but thru TRACON Portland Airport. DOJ doesn't want the public to know or how they violated Oregons constitution concerning Federal survaillance when no criminal activity is known or active participants in JTTF
I was reading Attorney Bharara's letter to Judge Pauley on July 18th and found it strangely worded. When Attorney Bharara refers to "the Government" does that necessarily include the National Security Agency or does it mean the Department of Justice? Or does the definition shift in the Pre-Motion letter?
