Rep. Lincoln Davis - I was Denied My Right to Vote

Lincoln Davis is a former US Representative from Tennessee. He went to vote in the state’s primary earlier this year and was denied the right to vote. Election officials told him his name had been purged from the rolls. He has since filed a class action lawsuit challenging the actions taken by state government officials to unlawfully purge voters from the state's voting rolls.
