Bio
Andrés M. López-Delgado (he/him) is a Staff Attorney at the ACLU of Georgia, where he litigates cases on a range of civil rights issues including criminal justice system reform, unlawful detentions, and freedom of speech. Prior to joining the ACLU of Georgia, he was a judicial law clerk in the chambers of Judge Thomas W. Thrash at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Andrés is a graduate of Yale Law School and Princeton University. He and his wife, Veronica, moved to Georgia in 2018 where they are raising their two young children.
