Bio
Michael Lujan Bevacqua, Ph.D. is from the Kabesa and Bittot clans of Guam and is a community scholar who specializes in the teaching of Guam History and the Chamoru language. He is a passionate advocate for Guam's decolonization and is a co-chair for Independent Guåhan, which is focused on public education around Guam's future political status options.
