Bio

Bridget Lavender is a Staff Attorney with the ACLU’s State Supreme Court Initiative. Formerly, Bridget was a Skadden Fellow with SSCI and a Staff Attorney at the State Democracy Research Initiative.

Before starting at the ACLU, Bridget clerked on the Utah Supreme Court and in federal district court in North Carolina. Bridget is a graduate of Davidson College and the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she was a Silverman-Rodin Scholar and Executive Editor of the Law Review. Bridget also received a MS in Social Policy from the University of Pennsylvania's School of Social Policy and Practice.
