Bio
Garrett Muscatel is a Staff Attorney in the ACLU Voting Rights Project. He litigates voting rights cases across the country.
Garrett began his legal career as a fellow in the Voting Rights Project, where he helped bring redistricting challenges under Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act. He then clerked for Judge Roger L. Gregory of the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals and Judge Dale E. Ho of the Southern District of New York.
Garrett received his J.D. from Stanford Law School, where he was a Knight-Hennessy Scholar and a Notes Editor for the Stanford Law and Policy Review. He received his B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth College.
