Josiah Dali Keys is a Paralegal at the ACLU Voting Rights Project in New York. Prior to this role, he gained legal and policy experience as a Democracy Intern for the Brennan Center for Justice, a Publications Intern for the Council on Foreign Relations, and a Judicial Intern for the New York State Civil Supreme Court through the Sonia & Celina Sotomayor Judicial Internship Program.

Josiah graduated with honors from Columbia University with a B.A. in African American & African Diaspora Studies. While at Columbia, he co-chaired the Eric H. Holder Initiative for Civil & Political Rights and served as a Senior Editorial Assistant for the academic journal Souls: A Critical Journal of Black Politics, Culture, and Society. Additionally, he was a Student Representative on the Committee on Instruction for Columbia College, a member of the Queer and Trans Advisory Board, and Vice President of the Black Students Organization. In his free time, Josiah is an avid reader and writer of poetry.
