Bio
Lucia Goin is a Staff Attorney at the ACLU Immigrants’ Rights Project (IRP). Before joining IRP, she worked on litigation advancing access to justice, challenging prison conditions, and furthering immigrants’ rights, most recently with Public Justice and the Southern Poverty Law Center. She clerked for Judge Richard A. Paez of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and is a graduate of the University of California, San Diego (BA), Columbia University (MA), and the University of Chicago Law School, where she was a Rubenstein Scholar and a comments editor of the University of Chicago Law Review.
