Bio
Ken Sexauer is a staff attorney with the ACLU's Speech, Privacy, and Technology Project, where he works on litigation to protect free speech, expression, association, and inquiry under the First Amendment. Prior to joining the ACLU, Ken was a litigation associate at two international law firms. He also served as a law clerk to both the Hon. Milan D. Smith, Jr. of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the Hon. Dana M. Sabraw of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California. Ken is a graduate of UC Berkeley and the University of Michigan Law School. During law school, he was a student attorney in the Michigan Innocence Clinic, where he represented wrongly convicted individuals seeking exoneration.
