Filmmaker Discusses Award-Winning Documentary about War on Drugs

The ACLU’s Zeke Edwards talked with filmmaker Eugene Jarecki about “The House I Live In,” his incredible documentary about the War on Drugs. In the past 40 years, the War on Drugs has cost $1 trillion, made America the world's largest jailer, and torn apart families and communities across the country - yet it has done little to slow the use and availability of drugs. Jarecki’s documentary won the Grand Jury Prize at Sundance and is starting conversations across the nation about where we went wrong and what happens next.
