On July 26th, 2017, the ACLU joined the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, the National Fair Housing Alliance, and Poverty & Race Research Action Council in a letter to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Secretary Ben Carson. The letter follows up to HUD’s Regulatory Reform Agenda comment period (Docket No. HUD-2017-0029).
