On October 4th, 2017 the ACLU submitted a statement for the record on the Senate Judiciary hearing on DACA. The ACLU strongly urges all Members of Congress to support and vote for a clean version of the bipartisan Dream Act of 2017 (S. 1615 and H.R. 3440), and opposes the recently introduced SUCCEED Act (S.1852).
