ACLU Letter to the House Judiciary Committee’s Subcommittee on the Constitution and Civil Justice Hearing on the State of Religious Liberty in the United States

This February 10, 2017 letter from the ACLU to the House Judiciary Committee’s Subcommittee on the Constitution and Civil Justice urges the subcommittee to use its hearing on the state of religious liberty in the United States as an opportunity to conduct oversight over President Trump’s un-American and unconstitutional executive order that intentionally discriminates against Muslims.
